The 2008 Reunion will be held at the Hawthorn Suites/Victorian Resort and Conference Center, 6300 Seawall, Galveston, Texas. One Bedroom condo (sleeps 4-6) is $114.00 plus tax per night. Two Bedroom condo (sleeps 6-8) $234.00 plus tax per night. Please tell the hotel you are with the Sons of Confederate Veterans to get the group rate.

The group rate deadline is May 1, 2008.

Camp 1565, 13th Texas Infantry, Brazoria County and Camp 50, John Bell Hood, Galveston are co-hosting this reunion.

NOTE: Delegates should have their paperwork in order, signed by their Camp Commander/Adjutant, before arriving at the convention. Since only votes represented by delegates in attendance may be cast, it is important that Camps specify their wishes beforehand on all matters to be voted upon.
