Throughout the Texas Division, members are planting markers, preserving old monuments, and erecting new ones, all to fight the frenzied wave of Political Correctness that would rewrite the history books, purge all knowledge of the Recent Unpleasantness, and distort the American character that defines who we are, and defined this nation. Here are some of their efforts.

The Wigfall Flag is flying on a 30 foot flag pole and the 13 flags on either side of the main flag pole are the 13 states that seceded (in the order of secession).

Memorial bricks comprise the walkway. Each is inscribed with the soldier's name (any who fought for the Confederacy, not just Grimes County), rank, and the name of the person donating the brick.

Income from the sale of the bricks is used to maintain the park.

Monument to the 45 known Confederates buried in the Acton cemetery, Acton, Texas. Acton is also the resting place of David Crockett's wife. Honor Guard was provided by the Order of Confederate Grays.
